Mr. van Kampen has extensive international business experience. After completing his education in the Netherlands, Mr. van Kampen worked for a variety of companies in Europe and the U.S., where he made a career in setting up and managing international business divisions. Mr. van Kampen was the manager of International Programs at a U.S. biomedical company in the 1980s. He also was the co-founder and Executive Vice President of BioSpectives, a Luxembourg-based consultancy firm.
